    *latest update 1/2023

  • Artist Statement

My main introduction to art was through using art as therapy. I filled sketchbooks with images and colors that helped me cope with a traumatic medical experience I survived when I was 19. I realized how balanced my art helped me feel so I kept making more and more. Now I’m surrounded by it lol. I kinda just feel like it’s in my nature to paint. I don’t really know how to explain this. It has certainly helped me though some difficult times and for that I’m very grateful.
